Here’s What You Want to Know…
Q: What do I bring?
A: We recommend a full sized towel and/or yoga mat, a water bottle, and of course, your amazing self!
Q: What do I wear?
A: Most of us wear yoga-type apparel. Just be comfortable. We would suggest that if you wear shorts, make sure they are not too short. We do a lot of bending and moving. We certainly don’t want you to have any unexpected surprises! We are also a NO SHOE studio. That means, you will be working out in socks, or bare feet.
Q: Do I need to have dance experience for your dance related classes?
A: Heck no! We welcome all fitness and dance experience levels. No need to stress, our clients come from all backgrounds. Come on in, and join the fun!
