Nicci Arriola
Barre Instructor / 200 hr RYT Yoga Instructor
Nicci grew up devoted to dance from age 10, performing with Ballet West and studying classical ballet here in Salt Lake as well as in New York during her teenage years. After the birth of her son in 2009 she knew movement needed to be in her life again and her teaching career began shortly after. She has been a dance and fitness instructor for over 4 years and is a firm believer in the importance of exercising our mental health through our physical bodies. One of her favorite things about barre and Core7 are the mental and emotional benefits that she has gained from challenging moments of self-doubt and realizing the internal strength that was there all along, noting that the physical changes are the bonus! Nicci is honored to have the opportunity to share in this space, to support our amazing clients and be supported in this journey.

Mindy is married to a wonderful man whom she says is her partner for life and has one beautiful little girl! She has danced her whole life through high school doing Jazz, Modern and Hip Hop dancing, and has continued to dance for fun since. Shortly after graduating, she received her Cosmetology license and has done hair and nails for almost 10 years. About 7 years ago, Mindy was introduced to the fitness and nutrition world and has since been focused on her own personal Fitness & Wellness goals, as well as helping others reach their own through personal training. She has done every kind of workout and fitness class she can get to! Barre and Cardio/Strength Training are among her faves! She is all about pushing her own mental and physical boundaries and hopes to inspire others to push themselves the same way. Once she learned of the Yoga Power Sculpt Training, she knew she was meant to do it! She was Certified in April 2016 from Salt Lake Power Yoga and has a firm belief in the physical & Mental outcomes of her classes. Following that certification she felt the same way about doing barre and was so excited when she was welcomed to do the Core 7 Barre Instructor training. She said it was one of the hardest things she has done in her life and is honored and blessed to say she made it through and was certified! Mindy loves teaching and hopes you can feel her passion for her classes as well as the Core 7 community in her AMAZING kick your butt classes.

Keri Abney
Barre Instructor
Hi! I’m Keri, and I’m so excited to be a Barre instructor at Core7. I started dancing at the age of 3. I danced competitively from a young age and all through high school then continued my dance training in college. Dance has always played a big part in my life. After graduating from high school I became certified as a Group Fitness instructor and Personal Trainer. I taught and trained my way through college and finished with a degree in Community Health and Physical Education. After graduating from college I began working in Corporate Wellness, helping corporate employees make healthy choices and find their best selves through healthy living. I continued to work full time in the health and wellness field until my first son was born. I spent some time at home raising my 3 kiddos and then realized I missed being in the dance studio, so off to the Barre studio I went. After my first class I knew teaching barre was something I needed to do. It combines my 2 loves of dance and fitness. It’s a perfect fit for me and I’m thrilled to bring my passion to Core7. When I’m not teaching fitness classes I enjoy spending time with my husband and 3 kids. We love to swim, travel, go to sporting events and flip homes. I love my busy life and look forward to meeting and spending time with you at the barre!
Sariah Hoffman
The Yoga Master
From running ultra marathons, to swinging kettle bells, exercise has always been an important part of Sariah’s life. Although she enjoys moving her body in all different ways, her passion and desire always leads back to yoga. Sariah has been teaching yoga since 2006 and has completed many certifications, most recently her SUP Yoga Certification. SUP Yoga links the beautiful practice of yoga to the amazing outdoors. To hear the water lapping against the board, to feel the sun beaming on your skin, and to breathe the fresh air, all while moving through your yoga practice…it’s tough to beat. Sariah has found that her life on the mat mirrors life off the mat, and loves helping other people connect to their bodies, and to nature. She is looking forward to this adventure and can’t wait to share it.
